As each pair are drawn out, they are placed into the third bowl and then the team picked out from that gets home advantage.
The balls were huge (steady now) last week and you could easily tell which ball was which as they were placed into the third bowl and ‘given another stir around’.
Galway are building. The new lads will hopefully prove good enough for the deep end today.Nerves for both sides will be at a premium but a good performance is everything today for Galway, the pressure on Mayo is a little higher. Im hoping the likes of PJ and Cormack Bane can fully capatilize on this.

It looks strange alright Kev but it’s the same midfield as what finished the league when Galway finally got a bit of rhythym going so in fairness We are missing in effect our full forward line in Meehan Armstrong and N Joyce so O Flaharta’a hand was forced somewhat but he would have had to introduce some of the U-21s regardless or he’s have been shot. Shit game so far but its one of those could open up any second. Mayo the better side with change so far.

Pretty disgusting performance from Wexford so far. Misplaced arrogance and full of poor decision making, sloppy passing and general fannying around. A handful of them are doing fine and Shane Roche has 2-3 from play but there’s an underlying cockiness manifesting itself in overplaying the ball, people trying the spectacular when there’s no need and so on.
