Official Barclays Premier League 2013/2014 Thread

Jesus Navas???

Milner :frowning:

Full time

2-2
2-3

My word. A night of unexpected drama.

Thats the Barclays Premier League for you

Before tonight Chelsea needed Manchester City to slip up too even if they defeat Liverpool at Anfield themselves. So now it’s in their hands as well as Liverpool’s.

Liverpool will not be stopped now.

It seems Liverpool’s win Sunday did more damage than thought. Pellegrini has to shoulder the blame for it. Starting two up front with one being No goal Negredo, then bringing on Jovetic for Agüero is bizarre. He totally underestimated Sunderland and deserved what he got.

Aguero was utterly shit though and kept on rolling over and requiring a physio on the pitch any time he got tackled.

Beat me to it. He didn’t look bothered at all. I’ve heard others say he has a reputation for playing well within himself when not 100% and that was clearly the case tonight.

Joe Hart was poor for Wickham’s second goal. Showed him a massive gap at the near post and wasn’t able to get across far enough to tip it around the post.

Really changes things now… If Liverpool beat Norwich then Chelsea have to come to Anfield and play for a win. What drama… Liverpool now need only avoid defeat in that game.

Suarez will get sent off against Chelsea.

They’ll need to beat Palace and Newcastle aswell Mark.

4 points in their remaining games won’t be enough imo

I realize that, pal.

I couldn’t be arsed making a case about premier league football, least of all to a person who’s main or only social outlet is clearly a message board. I was a regular at Celtic park when that cunt dalgleish and his sidekick half killed the club. I cannot stand him. I have plenty more than you you keyboard snipe.

Its ok, if I was you I’d try drag my beaten ass away with whatever pathetic amount of dignity I had left as well. I’ll stand back and watch you limp away, go as quickly as you can.

Oh, and his name is Dalglish and he’d beat you to death with a bag of medals if needs be.

I’d have no allegiance to either side but would be disappointed to see Everton lose out on that 4th slot to Woolwich Arsenal. Wenger’s team would remind me of someone like David Ferrer in tennis, play to their seeding pretty much all the time but are totally overwhelmed and capitulate against the top seeds. Everton have competed manfully against all the top sides and produced some stunning results as well. Its a real killer for Everton that they are now a point behind, having dropped 16 points against sides in the bottom half. Woolwich have dropped just 7 points against sides in bottom half - an opening day defeat to Aston Villa and draws at West Brom and Swansea.
