Useless fact - I have played against St Barry’s before. Nice little village with the Shannon running through it. We went buck ape in Keenan’s after it before heading onto Carrick.

Back at the GAA tonight.
Hockey was back the last two weekends.

He’s making a lot of sense there anyway. A young lad from my own club played 20 mins of a McGrath cup game last week. There was a picture of him on twitter in his school uniform with his Irish teacher who was also playing the McGrath Cup game.
Great experience for the lad who is a v good prospect. But hardly much need for it

I would see definite value in that. It’s hard to practice that opposed when the defender knows exactly where you are going. Little things like the above are great for a breather in between hard games.
You could also take a tiered approach to it where where it starts off unopposed, then you add a number of cut points the forward can use, and add in a defender who has to track him (and follow him around the cone he choses).
You could also bring that into a game where any score got by cutting back through one of the cut points is worth double.
