It’s surely worth a try. Having said that, the suggestion that the only championship game in 2023 that was enjoyable to watch was the Kerry/Derry game is complete rubbish. There are definite signs the sport is opening up again, thankfully young lads are more inspired by a Clifford than a Poacher.
I’d certainly list them all somewhere and ban them from being involved with GAA teams

Time to consider a licence for all fellas involved in intercounty coaching - any record of thuggery, being a general dickhead or trying to strangle the game of football makes you ineligible for a licence. And driving more than 100 miles to coach a team.
Centre of attention is where he insists on being, even if it’s just a schoolboys game. Ignoring everything negative with what he coaches, he is still a disgraceful individual. And some fools still pay him for his coaching classes.

Some Lads trying to fill a vacuum and stay relevant , the GAA club is the last bastion for them . Have to say I know a few lads involved underage in crokes , they’ve a lovely attitude to it, a good few of them never played the sport underage . Maybe that’s the key 
There’s a cohort there too who’d annoy you. Looking at what pipeline of young lads you have for senior team. That’s not what underage football is about in my book.
