Official TFK GAA Coaches Corner

You will have to give me a bit more to work with here

The big about o rourke.

Am i dumb but even a 100 mile trip would equal 65 euro a night under those figures which doesnt seem like it would keep it pucked out to some of these Managers/Coaches?

The lads have to get home after training too.

I was thinking a round trip of 100 miles would be a lot - there’s very few doing more than that I’d imagine.

Ballygawley to Dundalk can’t be much more than 50 miles anyway.

Yes. But Henry, Davy and Micheal Donoghue would be doing more. Thats 130 per night x 3 which is 1600 or so a month x 10 months. Is 16k. I know Donighue has another 3 or 4 guys with him who would all get the same. Henry and Davy similar I’d say

Totally different situation in all fairness.

Teaching is a profession and a tough one at that.

A hobby is a hobby.

Great bit of journalism from Woolie and Fogs.

Many years ago I was involved with teams that used a couple of Army rangers lads for teambuilding. Both since retired. Anyone know of any similiar lads doing the circuit at the minute?

Are you allowed run lads into the ground in preseason these days to “build resilience” or would the s&c lads have a shit fit?

Just the odd session where lads are puking, collapsing etc

Only if it includes constraints

once you apply guard rails and offer a safe space, I don’t see an issue.

Can’t wait. Should be riveting

Welcome to the big leagues pal

Ah caulry, never change

Beautifully put by Padraig. I’d say he’s a wonderful dad.

Apart from the golf wanker element

If they don’t want to improve they should be told to give it up.
