Mo’s an alright sort. The story of his sudden transformation into a world class champion well beyond the age that normally happens is inspirational.

Suspended disbelief all around the swimming arena as 27 year old Katinka Hosszu of Hungary OBLITERATES the world record in the final of the women’s 400 metre individual medley.

She has improved out of all recognition in the last two to three years after being an average swimmer up to then, according to the panel, who are using some beautiful euphemisms.

It just goes to show that hard work really does pay off.
