Hey Sid, get a proper job and stop scrounging off the private sector taxpayers
If you do that, you may have a credible input into this discussion.

I think paying more tax from my labour than I am allowed to keep is morally repugnant.
I didn’t say I should pay no tax.
Simpleton rating
I will consider that a compliment if it comes from a scrounger such as yourself
it is an outrageous state of affairs.
Still, we need to keep paying 52% in income tax, otherwise who will pay for the lifestyle of the migrants, prison inmates, public sector employees and the unemployed
52% is still about 15% less then we 'll be paying if the Shinners get in next year
that is a valid concern. I see keeping SF out of government and finance as the one reason that could encourage FF and FG to become government partners.
Putting a laughing smiley on your own post to imply that you’re laughing at your own post.
Needy, Joe.ie-reading simpleton rating.
Its still hard to see FF playing housewife as junior partners in a coalition. Having said that todays opinion poll suggests its the only valid option bar a haype of indos and small parties. If Renua get ten seats or morethey could end up playong senior hurling
Are you suggesting closing the prisons?

this Renua thing is just a way for Lucinda to become a minister. Can’t see them getting more than 4 seats at best.
FG, Renua, Labour, plus a number of independents will not be able to form a govt.
agree on FF reluctance to be a junior party in a coalition.

Well, here are 2 actions that could be immediately taken to reduce costs.
Well put it this way
If FG can pull 60 and labour 15. That will only leave them needing 6. Am I right in saying the mumber of seats will be reduced to 180 next year. If that all happens, the parish pump will be in full swing. Lets say Renua pull 5
She ll get her ministry then
Reduce the cost of prison catering to include only Bread and Water
Why are you planning to spunk billions in legal costs and compensation to all inmates?
Thats why the Anglo three are in there. Assessing the compo theyll get

Think there is about 166 at the moment?
Sorry meant to say reduced to 160which would leave them needing 81

It’s still about 60 too many. Save a few quid for the taxpayer there.
Agree a hundred is plenty.

Number of TD’s will reduce from 166 to 160, I think.
Your numbers are a bit optimistic for Labour and FG, in my opinion.
More like:
FG: 48
FF: 36
SF: 27
Lab: 11
Social Democrats: 4
Renua: 4
Green 1
Independents: remaining
Numerical options:
FG / FF 48 + 36
FG / SF 48 + 27 + 5 others
FF / SF: 63 + 17 others
FG + Lab + Renua: 48 + 11 + 4 + 17 others
