Sha Carri Richardson needed longer hair and heavier make up like she had last year when she was blitzing everybody.
Rhasidat Adeleke produced one of the best performances of her career at the Texas Invitational in Austin yesterday, clocking a wind-assisted 10.84 for 100m and beating two world champions.
Adeleke lined up alongside training partners Julien Alfred, the reigning world indoor 60m champion, and Dina Asher-Smith, the 2019 world 200m champion. After a flying start, she soon left them trailing, her time of 10.84 by far the fastest in history by an Irishwoman but one which wonât count as a record due to the tailwind of 3.5 metres per second, well over the allowable limit of 2.0.
I thought she stumbled slightly after being out of the blocks quick.
