People who have lost or gained a serious amount of Weight

what’s that supposed to be?

A real woman.

Colin Montgomery.

I had a childhood crush on Sophie from Home and Away (on the right here).

She left, returned for a stint in the mid 2000s but I see she’s now a regular on Neighbours. The actress Rebecca Elmaloglou has had a few dinners in the meantime.

Lost or gained? I don’t think he had wiggle room for gained

I remember an interview with John back in the 90s after he shifted a nice bit of weight. Said he used to order two Big Macs and a cheeseburger at McDonalds but had cut back to just having a bite of the kids’ burgers now.

Imagine a pro footballer now hopping into McDonalds for a few big Macs :joy:

I chatted to Limerick’s Sam Lynch before and he said after he won a world championship in rowing, he went to McDonalds for his post match meal and saw the lad he bate in there too

Without looking I’m going to guess intermittent fasting was the trigger

Informative. Never realised that Matt Le Tiss was married to Marilyn.

Intermittent fasting is just skipping breakfast as far as I can see.

Depends on how long the fast is really and from what time you start the night before

Load of the internet stuff suggests eating between 12 noon and 8 pm.

Most of the fat cunts I know skip breakfast.

Fasting on it’s own won’t do much if you’re then eating a load of shite in your eating window. It’s also not solely about weight control… Energy levels and concentration are shown to increase in a fasted state… If you’re after weight loss it invariably comes down to what you eat, not necessarily when. You should ideally exercise during your fasted state also.

If you have a relatively decent diet, few treats and beers thrown in the mix… Do one 24 hour fast a week and you’ll notice a little difference weight wise alright. It would be more beneficial than doing a 16 hour fast every day of the week and then atin all around you for your 8 hr window.
