Kilkenny had a sweeper for the last 15 minutes against Tipperary and I’d say he was at fault for 2 or 3 points

Tipp are a sweeper county though. They went for a sweeper when the need was greatest. They’ll forever be associated with it now

How much mileage do you think the full time sports podcasters in Ireland will get out of it? Parkinson doing well for himself. Will that get him to retirement age? Or will the podcast drop away eventually…

He’s only at it two weeks but the warning lights are already flashing.
This is not going to end well.
If he asked Brian Lohan or someone a stupid question after a Hurling match, he could find himself pinned up against a wall very quickly.

No one will be pinning him against a wall, Lohan for example has much too much about him to let himself down like that and is a dreadful example
Does woolie annoy them more because he’s a former inter county footballer? You’d imagine it would gain him a small bit of respect over the frank roches of this world
Lohan fucked that dope McMahon from the Clare Echo out of it a few years ago after a Clare league match. It is was great entertainment and he isn’t half as grating a Woolie.

Let’s see if Lohan pins Parkinson to a wall and take it from there. I see plenty of withering looks and acerbic responses but I’d be stunned (and laughing me bollix off) if someone pins him to a wall.
Oh and we should surely be in favour of managers getting a few tough questions thrown at them for shits and giggles.
