In fairness to the Rugby, they do seem to have been consistent on their timings with 2pm, 4.45pm and 8pm kick off times.

The GAA particularly on Saturdays during the summer are an absolute joke with their timings. A game could literally throw in at any time on the quarter hour between 1pm and 7.30pm.
