Myself and George are quite pally got. Less said the better. (We had a very amusing misunderstanding a while back. He said “art deco” while I thought he said “our deccy”…as in Declan McBride. He was referring to the oul signage above dean mcglinchey park. I thought he was referring to the groundsman/post office manager.)
We had a chuckle about it a week or so afterwards.
Funnily enough the sign isn’t art deco, though I can see where he was coming from.

Into the mystic. Unreal when you can’t move after a spliff

Ah, there are so many. Impossible to pick just one from my own of favourites of:

Madame George
St. Dominic’s Preview
Tupelo Honey
Glad Tidings
Kingdom Hall
Summertime in England
Sweet Thing
Wild Night

And when that foghorn blows
I will be coming home
And when the foghorn blows
I want to hear it
I don’t have to fear it and I want to rock your gypsy soul
Just like way back in the days of old
And magnificently we will flow into the mystic

No contest for me. A lesson in how to pace a song.
