It’s appropriate in the year of '16 that our POTY should be the broad black Brimmer, both from an Irish Republican and a multiculturalist point of view.
The real challenge for Brimmer comes now though - it’ll be very difficult to go back to back in 2017 -Tipperary’s record in retaining titles is historically poor.
