Pity they got rid of the Tim Hortons coffee stand in Spar during the revamp and brought in that insomnia shite.

No just a coffee dock self service area. I think they are putting in a sit down area as well and a proper deli. They have done a good job with it in fairness.
My area is teaming with family units comprised of 2 kids (One boy one girl) and overly protective suffocating parents. Place is like a giant playground during the summer with the parents adjudicating in hi-vis jackets in case little Johnny or Mary graze their knee. We dont really go in for residents associations or summer soirees on the green with the parents and do our own thing.
