Why would I be calling for Sean Dyche’s sacking? Before their most recent two defeats to Top 7 sides, today against Man U and last week away to Everton, Burnley picked up a crucial point at Middlesbrough and beat Stoke at home. Dyche is doing a wonderful job and Burnley are on course to survive a season in the top flight since 1974/75.

Burnley two up at half time and 3 points today would see them just a point behind Man U and Spurs. Sean Dyche is doing an outstanding job. @Nembo_Kid agitating for him to be sacked only a few months back looking more and more bizarre with each passing week.

At a football conference in UL today. After one of the papers, a fella made a remark about being of Turkish descent but German, and saying when his brother opted to play for the German national team that it caused more controversy with the Turks in Germany than back in Germany itself. Same chap sat beside me later and noticed that his surname is Gundogan. Turns out Ikay’s older brother is doing a PhD specialising in Chinese football politics
