Only one of them had the balls to vote for the other, and the Liverpool man has gained yet another psychological advantage for his team. In contrast, his rival is rattled and fearful.
Anyway, the Big V just doesn’t give a fuck about individual awards. It’s that type of socialist ethos that has Liverpool on top of the league and Manchester City trailing in their wake. In truth, he probably hopes he doesn’t win the award just so he can use it as extra motivation on the pitch. What a guy.

Sterling has inadvertantly displayed an institutionally racist mindset here by voting for an undeserving white player over a deserving black player.

Chris Houghton is a fairly overrated manager. A very nice affable chap who is a safe pair of hands but some people talk about him as if he is the most underrated manager in the game.
