Premier League 2022/23

Three wins from three against Citeh, West Ham and Chelsea for the caretaker management team and three clean sheets as well.

Conte needs to take his time with his recuperation in Italy and not be rushing back.

Starting to feel a bit sorry for Potter. Needs to be put out of his misery

Misery? The fucker will be a multi millionaire out of this

And will walk into another job with a Mid Table team on a decent wedge again…

Oh Graham.

He’s like a good hearted secondary school teacher who cannot keep control of the class for a minute.

Is there any need to have him back at all, couldn’t they just pay him off now and make a run at 4th?

I wonder would Conte fancy a run at Chelsea again?

Hon Pep boy, sew it into them :muscle:

I might stick 20 cents on Crystal Palace to be relegated.

To be relegated:
Bournemouth 1/3
Southampton 4/11
Everton 10/11
Nottingham Forest 7/4
Leeds 9/4
Wolves 7/2
West Ham 7/1
Leicester 15/2
Crystal Palace 12/1
Aston Villa 200/1
Chelsea 250/1

:joy::joy:

Scratch that, this new fella has had them knocked out of the cup, Jesus wept

Just seen now that they put out a significantly weakened side

Who’s call is that?

To be fair Sheffield United rested a good few starters as well. It’s a fair reflection of the mismanagement of Spurs over the years that Sheffield Uniteds 2nd string were better than what Conte has to work with.

Richarlison was shocking last night as he has been all season. He hasn’t scored a single league goal yet. Conte looked for Ā£60 million, a Club record transfer fee last summer to sign this utter dud and he was indulged. Money that should have been utilised instead to address the real problem areas in the team, the need for a centre half and a creative player in midfield.

Strange comment, but I guess we’re playing on this thread as well :man_shrugging:

The cup doesn’t matter, the race for top 4 is the be all and end all

Liverpool just one point off the magic 40 now, wasn’t looking great there for a while

The domestic Cups have been downgraded throughout the 30 years Sky Sports Super Sunday era to almost irrelevance, where clubs essentially field reserve teams up until the semi final and for the most part can’t get eliminated fast enough. Having said that, the Spurs reserves should be capable of taking care of the Sheffield United reserves.

By God. They wont like that mirror being held up to their noses.

Bramall Lane is always a tough place to get a result in the Cups. All the top clubs have come away from the Lane chastened by Cup defeat at some stage over the last 30 years.
