Premier League 2022/23

A collapse for the ages from Woolwich. Your heart would go out to Woolwich super fans like Piers Morgan.

9 points from the last 21 I make it.

If it wasnā€™t for Liverpool, City would be celebrating 6 in a row?

The Citeh/Liverpool era of dominance continues.

Itā€™s a one horse league.

9 points from 7 games with a 10 point lead is some bottle job.

Similar to the battle for fourth last year when Conte reeled them in

The aberration was the start of season, not the end. Overachieved. No shame in it, despite what the Carla lad says

And in fairness they had Manchester United breathing down their necks in a title race for about 15 minutes.

They got the prize they covet most, the Totteringham Day trophy. A prize not to be sniffed at considering how strong Spurs were this summer. Big opportunity for Woolwich now to win their last 2 games to bring up 87 points and match the 87 point runners up haul of Tottenham in 2016/17.

Theyā€™ve had an incredible season, especially given what some fellas predicted for them

Arsenal already more points scored than United in their treble winning season

Some very soft titles won in that era with around 78 points.

Have the bookies started paying out? Nice to all but win it on Merseyside all the same.

What do they need now? One win in three games is it. Christ that was a spectacular implosion from Arsenal. Would have thought they could have stretched city to the last day at least

Forest will put Arsenal out of their misery next week

I maintain they did well to go as long as they did. Saka couldnā€™t keep going the way he did and they really needed to Jesus to come back and shoot the lights out. But that ainā€™t Gabi.

Himself and Zinchencko were making Pep look fairly foolish for a while. But heā€™s rarely wrong. He hasnā€™t let many go that went on to be better elsewhere. Heā€™s turned Grealish inside out as well

Grealish has a great attitude. You knew heā€™d tune in to Pep in due course. Heā€™s a good lad. Gundo has been outstanding the past few games. A machine.
