Premier League 2026/2027

Tonali is shit. Just runs around.

Took the point

Spurs and United

Spurs are just sad.

Newcastle selling everyone and getting better. This new manager lad might know what he’s at.

Just heard on the radio there Chelsea are 2-0 up on Brighton. Coach Alonso is going to waltz in and make a mockery of the EPL and other teams who declined to hire him.

But, but, but, Richard Hughes and Michael Edwards don’t want a “manager” because the last one Jurgen Klopp became so powerful. The fact that he was also Liverpool’s most successful manager in the modern era seemed to escape them.

These fellas are the equivalents of the financial “quants” who thought the Black-Scholes formula made them bulletproof. They attributed Liverpool’s success to their “formula” rather having the devil’s luck to have a manager who was Shankly and Paisley rolled into one.

Im up for them. Cole Palmer is great to watch (if not to look at)

He’s a 5-at-the-back terrorist mate.

I don’t think so… they won’t be long dropping away if they keep conceding those shite goals

 …

Farcical law really- it’s hand ball regardless.

Just ridiculous

Big win for Manchester United this. The omens are good. The last time a Hull was up this high and fell to earth United won the treble. Calendar fetishists will have noted that 2026/27 has the exact same dates as 1998/99.

That Arsenal kit is sublime

Arteta is a savage. Absolutely ruthless. He could be the next Ferguson.

You have a serious hard on for Lego Head.

I do in fairness, just think he is extremely pragmatic and clever. Big, physical, athletic teams that give nothing away. Arsenal can’t really control games against the very best, but they’ll dictate the terms and drag the other team into the mud like he did with PSG in that final.

I thought Tuchel had a similar streak but I was wrong, he was just crude.

I also think that Saka fella is a brilliant young fella and a great example, albeit not as good/quick since the bad injury. I’ll be interested to see how that goes.
