a teenager in carrick on shannon does all cuts for 15 euro, he is new but doing well and the senior barbers he works with are 20-25 a cut so I think he will only improve and fast.
Other spots in the town probably do it for 15 too but you have to queue up for min 2 hours for the good one or risk getting butchered by the crap ones

There’s one lad in Cork charging €37 and he’s booked out till August.
The lad I go to would get the haircutting job backstage at the likes of Musgrave Park and Electric Picnic during the summer for the gigs, booked up for about a month and still only charges €22.
I was waiting in the barber shop this morning & one of the barbers (oblivious to my presence) was referring to a conversation he had with me 3/4 weeks ago as he was chatting to the chap whose hair he was cutting. It was an incredible moment to witness Dave talk about a “sound enough fella from Wexford who comes in here”.
