I’ll be ok. The chemo after my op will save me few bob in the barbers
And the back sack and crack waxing from @chocolatemice missus
The Buzz Cut is getting fierce popular these days.
I wouldn’t be too worried. Nobody is going to be looking at your balls anyhow on a day to day basis, unless it’s the chest hairs you are on about?
I got a cut about three weeks back mate, my first since November. Twas gone fair long. Actually took off a little bit more than usual. I’m gonna be ok until middle of June I’d say. If we’re still social distancing by then, I might just do a @Fagan_ODowd on it and buy a clippers, although I’d prefer a scissors cut
Lads I can’t see the barbers reopening for at least a month or more, surely time fellas start clipping their own hair? I’ll have to buy something off Amazon to shear myself as I’ve an awful curly mop now. What would be a good cheap clippers, what is your brand @Fagan_ODowd?
Will you go for a buzz cut?
I was looking back there, I got my last cut for an event that was originally planned for the end of January but was postponed until the start of March and now we’re facing into April. Ms Locke is delighted, loves the hair that bit longer but in currently in the hat phase where a hat, be it a woolie bobbed hat or a baseball style hat is a near must when heading out to the confines of our 2km prison.
We cut a fringe on the smallest child alright, v cute!
I got one from.phillips off Amazon.about 40 euros
Came last week. Easy enough to do
Barbers are a waste of money
I’ll just do a two all round most likely so it’s not annoying me, nothing fancy.
I can see the old fashioned buzz cut of yesteryear becoming a lasting fashion legacy of this covid era . Just as the blockhead short back and sides marked you out as a Central European on the eastern side of the 1980s divide , we will look back on photos from this era and instantly recognize photos from the 18 weeks we spent in lockdown by the array of old fashioned buzz cuts .
I for one welcome this new movement , it has a utilitarian feel about it and prevents those with deep pockets for designer quiffs lording it over the rest of us.
Middle class skinheads is what we will all become , except we will go for a more conservative blade 3 as we have a vested interest in our economy. ‘Fuck the police’ we will mutter as a squad car passes as we venture a few hundred meters beyond our 2km zone; ‘I’m a buzz cut man, don’t fuck with me’ we will say to ourselves, as passers by swerve to avoid us. Deep down we know this is because of social distancing but we tell ourselves it’s our angry buzz cut that is making them wary. ‘We own these streets, fuck the police .’
Snow on the roof, fire in the cellar.
Good & Cheap
I did my own the other day with a comb and a razor and did a sterling job too I might add. Needed the missus to do the back though.
Throw a scissors at those nails when you’re finished
Philips. Cost about 35 quid in Boots
