I thought it was generally accepted you do risky stuff when youâre younger but when youâre close to retiring you want zero risk with your pension pot.

Also, Iâm not sure any financial advisor worth his salt would suggest to concentrate your risk in any one investment, no matter how secure it looks

Any broker who sold an unregulated investment into a pension fund should be struck off
I know bank shares didnât work out too well recently but what that guy did with his million quid would never have been a good idea.
