I know of a Protestant who heads up north every 12th to celebrate his right to march. It’s probably best for us catholic’s to assume they’re all like this fella.

It’s a cliché about Protestants and baking but it also happens to be very true. Two of our three nearest neighbours are Church of Ireland and Methodist respectively. Both are big into baking, the COI one comes from a family that were massively into it, he also makes blackcurrant and gooseberry home-made jam. Both their lawns are also immaculate and both families have a big appreciation of gardening.

I wouldn’t call maintaining the lawn and planting any number of pollenating shrubs “ecoside” but sure we all have our own views on that.
