Whether the lad with Tourette’s is blameless or not is a different discussion. I don’t know enough about him to know whether he is a racist cunt who willingly called two black peopke nigg3rs, or whether it was an involuntary act and he was simply a vehicle used to channel the racism from people close around him or society at large.
Either way, black people being called nigg3rs is racism and this incident shows we as humans have plenty of homework ahead of us.
He has Coprolalia. A relatively rare offshoot of Tourettes syndrome. It’s a well studied condition. Literally nothing he can do about it. Apart from take his medication but that doesn’t stop it.
