Random Song Lyrics

All this world is a crazy ride
So take your seats and hold on tight

So here’s your life (here’s your life)
We’ll find our way
We’re sailing blind
But it’s certain nothing’s certain

There’s a few lads here I’ve told to FOAD
that I wish I could take back. It’s a burden I will have to carry.

Do you destroy everything you desire?
Coming in here like a ball of fire
Burning all the oxygen out the room
Heating up faster than a chemist’s spoon

If I can’t shoot rabbits then how can I shoot facists

I’d beg for some forgiveness

But the nauseating bashfulness of early Diana makes me want to set fire to commemorative tea towels

When the world belongs to distant dogs and the air is dark and still,
And drunken conversations pass beneath the windowsill,
And there’s someone singing Elvis songs as they make their way back home,
And all your fears and worries attack when you’re alone

It was a gorgeous summer’s morning
It was a gorgeous summer’s day.
His cotton jacket was all he carried
As he walked out to face the day.

So I ran round the corner,
The bookies there I entered
Put ten quid on a mare
From a stud in Kildare
But though the jockey beat her,
In Belgium they will eat her.
The tannoy began to rip as I tore up the slip.

At Easter 1916 when Pearse called them out
The men from the Dublin battalion rode out
And in the Post Office they nobly did show
How a handful of heroes could outfight the foe

Dos oruguitas enamoradas
Pasan sus noches y madrugadas
Llenas de hambre
Siguen andando y navegando un mundo
Que cambia y sigue cambiando
Navegando un mundo
Que cambia y sigue cambiando

:notes: now the boys fought like tigers, in the second half.
Tipperary followers, continued to laugh.
But soon, they knew, what was on the cards.
When points flew in, from over NINETY YARDS :notes:

Nickey Rackard would have been 100 if he was around today. Wexford have more songs about hurling than they do All Ireland’s.

Chained to the pillars
A 3-day party
I break the walls
And kill us all
With holy fingers

Off to see them in Galway tomorrow.

Was offered a ticket for free but we’ve a match so can’t go :frowning:

We got the last two off Ticketmaster it seems and spent the last few days trying to find a third, got sorted today. They’re playing a few gigs round Ireland this summer. I think they’re always great live.

Wasted and wounded
It ain’t what the moon did
I got what I paid for now

Jodie wears a hat although it hasn’t rained for six days
She says a girl needs a gun these days
Hey, on account of all the rattlesnakes
She looks like Eva Marie Saint in On the Waterfront
She reads Simone de Beauvoir in her American circumstance
