There isn’t a puck of a ball between Limerick, Clare, Wexford, Kilkenny, Cork, no point even ranking them.

I think Dublin are slightly behind this group but could quickly close that gap with new management and return of some key players, so you could include them by end of the league.

Galway, Tipp and Waterford ahead of that group in that order but not by as much as people would like to think.

I would give Waterford an edge as they will have learned from last year and Devine could be a game changer. Galway still doing a world tour so who knows where they are at in terms of preparation. Tipp will be there or there abouts but have a few problem positions. Probably a year too soon for Limerick.
