Harris Ranch in Coalinga, half way between SF and LA. Biggest beef ranch in Cali, produces 150 million pounds of prime beef per year.
proper american beef
The best. That lad had about 50 pounds of tri tip on the go and I’d say he’s at it all day long most days of the year. It’s the Scottys of the Central Valley, if you haven’t been there you’re at nothing.
hoping to get out West next year mate for a few weeks
I’d be delighted to take you to Harris Ranch. Finest beef on the planet. They have a special this weekend for Memorial Day, $24 for two prime rib steaks and a $2 off coupon so $22 out the door. We are in LA for the weekend but might stop on the way back and pick up a few.
Is that what the Yanks refer to as food stamps?
Would they not just give the two bucks off and save the paper from the coupons. Not very environmentally conscious
Your mother has surely gained admired status at this stage
Are we brothers?
Had you something similar? I don’t know where i’m going to put the dinner at the moment but should be hungry again around 6.
The door into the house must be a set of double gates.
Smark must be riding the mother.
150 million pounds of beef would suggest they couldn’t give a fuck about the environment.
Out of curiosity, what would be a big bit of lunch?
Ps it looks UNRAYLE
A big lunch would be that with chips, beans and mushrooms added in.
They love a Sunday roast in England, bit of roast beef, gravy and of course a huge Yorkshire pudding. I remember I got a carvery one time in this big carvery house and your man goes “Would you like an extra Yorkshire pudding, mate?”, I goes “No thanks, I don’t want any. Please give me extra mash instead of them”. He looked at me like I’d two heads. I’d say he never seen someone turn down not one but two Yorkshire pudding before.
