The best. That lad had about 50 pounds of tri tip on the go and I’d say he’s at it all day long most days of the year. It’s the Scottys of the Central Valley, if you haven’t been there you’re at nothing.

I’d be delighted to take you to Harris Ranch. Finest beef on the planet. They have a special this weekend for Memorial Day, $24 for two prime rib steaks and a $2 off coupon so $22 out the door. We are in LA for the weekend but might stop on the way back and pick up a few.

They love a Sunday roast in England, bit of roast beef, gravy and of course a huge Yorkshire pudding. I remember I got a carvery one time in this big carvery house and your man goes “Would you like an extra Yorkshire pudding, mate?”, I goes “No thanks, I don’t want any. Please give me extra mash instead of them”. He looked at me like I’d two heads. I’d say he never seen someone turn down not one but two Yorkshire pudding before.
