Alright mate … you’ve rolled that old gag out a few times now. Time for some new material.

Dry frying is the only way

New material on TFK  That would be something

Is that the same as Air Frying?

no, just throw the meat straight into a hot frying pan with nothing on it, its the only way

Non stick pan presumably?

Ribera is lovely tack but Priorat is my favorite Spanish red. An aged reserve Rioja is hard to beat as well.

Throw up a picture of what it looks like after you’ve cooked it as well

Made myself a lovely Goan vegetable curry there for the tea. Cranked the spice up to 11. It was savage.

Would you have a recipe

Fried onion and garlic. Added chopped ginger then added the spices. Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Garam Masala and Kashmiri Chili Powder (a lot). I bought this on your recommendation. Fried this for a couple of minutes.

Added sliced mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, peas and some baby sweet corn. Fried for another couple of minutes.

Added low fat coconut milk, a small bit of tamarind paste for sourness and a small bit of mango chutney for sweetness. Brought it to the boil and reduced it for about 5 minutes. And then it was ready to serve. All in it took about 25 minutes. Served it with a bit of Pilau rice.
