Just had mine and have serious food envy
I’m atin a lovely homemade sub here - parma ham, salami, mozzarella, tomato and pesto- on a lovely sourdough roll.
That looks superb.

There was gravy and pepper sauce mate. Had a bit of both and a few more roast and mash. More meat as well

There is a muldoon paradise recently opened in Benalmadena called The carvery. Irish owned. All you can eat carvery for €14. Turkey, beef, pork, lamb and ham with all the trimmings (inc pork stuffing) and you can go up as many times as you like. To be fair the place is immaculate and the food is top notch. Proper roaster heaven.
