To have a deer licence here you have to have a fairly large calibre rifle, have completed a course etc. You’d have a hard job missing with those rifles up to a few hundred yards. There’s not much sport in it tbf
Homemade fish and chips with a side of bachelors peas and washed down with the leftover bottles of San Miguel that went in to the batter. Too hungry and it was too tasty to even contemplate taking a picture before I started. One of the finest plates I’ve ever prepared if I say so myself.

Was finished a bit early today so I picked up 3 pieces of Plaice for the dinner. Very tasty, but fucking expensive, €18 for the 3 of them.

Savage dear but they are a delicacy
Homemade beer batter added to the cod (which was made in the sea) along with home made chips (boiled for five minutes then deep fried). The peas came from a tin.
Bit of a cod if you ask me.
