RAVENOUS (Part 1)

We really don’t need to eat half the time we think we do… It becomes like a junkie getting his fix… The boy of breaking this with a fast is something that can’t be explained, Just experienced.

Hadn’t we this conversation well covered by 2016?

Which conversation?

Lads feeding themselves when they should be feeding their gut.
Sure you couldn’t make it up.

I’ve lost over a stone since coming back from holiday 6 weeks ago basically Monday to Friday all I would eat is 4 to 5 pieces of fruit with a yogurt and a ham and tomato sandwich similar at the weekend except I would eat a full dinner. Weight has fallen off and I feel great.

Any solution for bloating ?

A good laxative will sort you out. A few psyllium husks after then to get things back to normal

Stop eating fast food and drinking so much alcohol.

I am a sensible eater . I am enquiring about drink induced bloating .

That was a one off weekend.

Go for a jog and eat more veg for a few days.

Senekot before bed and make no plans for the next morning/ afternoon
