RAVENOUS (Part 1)

I’ve a roast chicken sitting on carrots and red onion in the oven. The potatoes are just gone in with it, and the cauliflower cheese is in its dish ready to go in in about another ten minutes. When the chicken comes out the carrots and red onion can go back in to roast up another bit while I make the gravy and steam a bit of broccoli and it’ll be ready to go then.

I’ve a Spar brand frozen pizza in the oven there. Should be unreal.

Is that a mushroom or a spud in the cray-mey sauce?

You’ve been busy

Mushroom. The meet is unreal it was hung for four weeks. That’s the only job that super market crap isn’t hung ten days.

You are the antithesis to @backinatracksuit who must be doing serious exercise to absorb the amount of starch he’s putting away.

Are you purposely low carbing or happy coincidence?

I did roast pork with roast shpuds and carrots and parnsips and gravy and it was delicious. I would’ve taken a photo but I was RAVENOUS.

Now that’s a top drawer roaster feed.
Quantity over quality though that looks like the quality is top drawer as well.

Would you believe it that’s what I’m planning later today. Greens are absolutely vital during this health crisis, they have high levels of calcium which is needed to absorb Vitamin D. By a complete fortuitous coincidence I decided to sow a load of greens this year from seed, long before the virus appeared. I have a garden overflowing with cabbage, kale, mustard, bok choy, and beets.
