I’ve just discovered dry frying the chicken skin from the underside of the leftovers of a roast chicken to crisp it up and put in sandwiches. Where has this been all my life.

Brioche, if time was money these loaves would cost a fortune, luckily we have plenty of time, it is amazing, my daughter did almost everything
