all shit housing aside - a pizza is tomato and mozzarella with a bit of basil – I could let a little pepperoni slide - anything else is just an abomination.
We made our own here last night - let the dough sit for 4 hours - it was just starting to get that slightly beer/fermenting smell. Bit of sauce cooked on the hob and lashed on with some of Cork’s finest mozzarella and fresh basil on top to finish.
Them Bison are very parochial.

I had a bit of Toonbridge cheddar as part of a substantial meal in a pub last night - Christ it’s unreal. Tried to get it in avoca today but no dice. I’ll be picking up a bit from their shop in big town in the near future.
Demolished this. Some brownie concoction en route now. I’ll hardly have room for a few tins of Beamish later
