RAVENOUS (Part 1)

Doner Kebabs with the left over lamb

Lads. I’m absolutely ravenous today. I’m eating everything in sight. I couldn’t really stomach much yesterday during the day but managed a decent dinner and then some curry chips and a battered sausage 3/4 hours later. I’m going to do a chilli now.

Nice one, did you make the flat breads

I did, first time giving them ago. Were very good and were reasonably handy to make.

350g self raising floor
Tsp baking powder
350g natural yogurt
Salt

Just mixed together, left for 10 mins. Then cut into balls, rolled and cooked on the griddle pan for a couple of mins each side.

Lovely. But where’s the bravas sauce and aioli?

All set for a day in front of the TV.

You have a good basis for a Philly steak there

How’d you get the lamb out of the Middle East?

@Massey
Did the abhaile menu from 1826 tonight.
Was very good.

How much. It sounds like a fancy ready meal

Put it in the oven?

Microwave

Sure I suppose thats exactly what it is.
€32 a head so it’s not cheap.

There was a croquette style thing for starter which was exceptional. The braised beef main was good without being unreal. The sticky toffee pudding herself had for dessert was excellent.
