To be honest wagyu that high a marbling it’s way too fatty to be eating as a steak. It won’t taste particularly nice.
Yours with not too high a marbling was probably a good deal nicer that that a5 shown above.

wondered about that. Looks more fat than flesh. I know they say it’s the fat gives the flavour but does look a bit too much.
