I had Signature rib eyes from SuperValu tonight… As good as any steak Iv had. I made a home made chimmichurri with it and potato gratin and some roasted broccoli… Was savage… The steak tho 
That Cote de Beouf from Higgins got done tonight. Homemade Bearnaise too along with caramelised onions and garlic mushrooms and all washed down with a Brunello Di Montalcino. Tasty tack!

Made nachos instead… Salsa, chicken, spring onion, pepper, chilli and a fuck load of cheese and fired under the grill.

I’ve no truck with air-fryer chips, oven chips or any chip that’s not from a deep-fat fryer.
Do you see Luigi, Guiseppi or even Paddi air-frying chips? No, you don’t.
Proper home chips are best done in a deep-fat fryer, preferably with freshish oil (Crisp n Dry) and strained on newspaper.
