It’s a curry made with mince,
The dry spice mix included turmeric, cardamom, mustard seed, fenugreek, cumin, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, and more that I can’t remember
Make it up as you go along really

Never had a curry made with mince. Is the texture a bit weird.
I just finished off the end of the lime pickle I made a few months back. It’s was absolutely unreal, nicest thing I’ve ever made. Going to make double or triple the amount next time.

Got Cote De Beouf for the weekend in it along with some free range pork for the freezer (belly, fillet and mince).
