@Locke @johnnysachs - Coriander in Douglas is the finest. We shared a Korma and a Madras with 1 garlic naan, 1 rice and a portion of Boondi Raita …they threw in a little portion of Chana Masala (chickpea curry) for being 5 mins late.
Sous vide is where it’s at these days. Nice steak sandwich with a lovely even cooking cooking from edge to centre from my sous vide setup.
It’s a gamechanger.
