Tried for ages to make potato cake like my grandmother used to make. “It’s only spuds and flour love” but yet none of my cousin’s or myself could nail it.

@Big_Dan_Campbell few months back you mentioned a potato ricer for making lumpless mash. Got one as thought, off your recommendation, it might do the trick and by God did it. Perfect consistency.

Tried two types of spuds and has been gobbled to bits by the kids who’d not had this type before
