Sad to relate I had my first ever poor steak from Higgins’s. A tough sinewy rib eye. I suspect it wasn’t aged enough. I’ll be watching them like hawks from here on in. I’ll accept that one might have got through the process by accident but if it happens again…

Nah, we had some saganaki and greek flat break with humus and olives fir starters so kept it real.
