I did leaving cert chemistry and know enough to know that sodium in it’s raw state is explosive :grinning:

Sodium in processed food isn’t necessarily salt. Which is why you have to be careful when adding salt to taste.

Beef gizzard and seafood ramen hotpot. Spicy as fuck. Big night of pints ahead. This will have me in the right position to capitalise fully.

I always have pepper sauce if I’m doing mash with it. Pepper sauce is class.

Don’t worry about me, I always look at pepper sauce as a way of masking a dry steak. Different when you cook what you want for yourself!

The sodium levels are off the hook!
