I went back for seconds of everything. There’s something really magical about the combination of mashed spuds with sausages, turnip and gravy.

Could do with an aul spud but the meat looks delicious
I save my carbs for beer. Haven’t had spuds, pasta, rice etc for six months.
The air fryer is a great job for vegetables.

Thanks, it’s a cheap enough cut but very well aged. Most of the credit goes to the baste.
While agreeing with you in the main there are still things I’d baulk at. The broccoli there being 1. Nothing against the poster but I fucking avoid broccoli.
This is great thread, some lovely plates of food. I’ve shown the housekeeper, a wonderful cook, I’ll get her to take a few snaps in future and I’ll post them up.
