A nice new Korean place in the top of Roches Street, a lovely atmosphere in there, like somebody’s front room, actually reminded me of Asia funnily enough
Saw that last time I was in Limerick. They were just working on getting it open. Must check next time I’m about. Roches Street could become the Asian quarter of Limerick yet.
Lovely to see them use the frozen mixed veg bag you’d get in Aldi

Gyoza are a frozen pack that cooked out well in the pan.
Then some air-fryer salt and pepper pork belly and the carrot salad.
Honey and soy dip too.
