Where’s the various and sunder? That looks like a citrus, is that a side dish?
Saffron spud, crab and white wine sauce. Baked sea trout stuffed with spinach. I managed half of it, the rest was stolen off the plate by my better half. It was delicious.

I’ve the first beef casserole of the winter in the oven.
Had Roast Beef earlier myself, meat was very tender & the Gravy top class. Should have taken a photo but I lost my composure tbh.

Did the same myself. Very nice. Cooked it with some star anise really added to the flavour. Made herb and cheese dumplings with it. Smashing

The half ate Yorkshire pudding that’s on your plate but cooked in the stew.
