Ravenous Part Deux, the cheap likes thread

What’s your problem with washing a dead chicken with chlorine? Would you prefer a bit more salmonella out there? The USDA and their equivalent in Europe (EFSA) have no problem with chlorine washed chickens.

Chlorine washed chickens are banned in Europe mate

Why? It’s not for health reasons as the EFSA are OK with it.

It is for health reasons

What health reasons? Be specific.

All chickens contain bacteria. How are they disinfected in Europe?

We wash them in water mate

Anyway I think it needs to be pointed out that the chickens you cook don’t meet EU standards

Water is a disinfectant now? Who knew.
I only buy organic free range chickens mate.

I doubt that mate. Please refrain from posting pictures if food that doesn’t meet EU standards

EU standards? You’re a gas man! Are you sure you’re fully hydrated after the hols, because you seem a bit disoriented.

The EU’s Water Framework Directive says all water users must help recover the true costs of water services based on the “polluter pays” principle. How do you feel about that EU ‘standard’?

Imagine searching the INTERNET for a photo of a disgusting looking, partially burnt fry to try and prove to somebody on the INTERNET that you had a breakfast.

Some people, eh?

You don’t need to screenshot pictures to put them up here Mike. Just right click, press “copy image URL” and paste
