I believe you. Tuna is about the safest one, and I think the only one that doesn’t have to be frozen properly to kill parasites.

I wouldn’t be a big fan of eating Japanese food outside of Japan as usually you have to pay through the nose and the quality is often at best above average. Wouldn’t be mad about those meal sets in general. I’d murder a bowl of ramen on a cold day though. 
Especially when it’s some Paddy making it who was on holidays in Japan for 2 weeks ten years back…

I’ve never heard of an Irish head chef (or any chef at all) in a Japanese restaurant
i always love to see absolute clowns sitting on stools under the elevators in Dundrum watching bowls of shite going past them on a an assembly line belt and being charged 7 o 8 quid everytime they reach out and lift whatever some halfwit irish japanese chef has prepared under that same elevator earlier that day
