Few variations.
Either make a mince bolognaise as normal and fire in crumbled black pudding at end to thicken it up
Else
Substitute the mince for a much larger quantity of black pudding.
Dont throw it in til much later than you would put in mince though

Not at all, it’s fully cooked, in my smoking days I’d pop it into the microwave for a few seconds to warm it up before mangling between two slices of Pat the bakers white with ketchup
