The dry spice mix included turmeric, cardamom, mustard seed, fenugreek, cumin, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, and more that I can’t remember

Never had a curry made with mince. Is the texture a bit weird.
I just finished off the end of the lime pickle I made a few months back. It’s was absolutely unreal, nicest thing I’ve ever made. Going to make double or triple the amount next time.

I had Signature rib eyes from SuperValu tonight… As good as any steak Iv had. I made a home made chimmichurri with it and potato gratin and some roasted broccoli… Was savage… The steak tho
