Just eaten my eighth mandarin orange of the day as I attempt to build up my immune system to attack a nasty sore throat that I’ve had since yesterday morning. It’s beginning to work.
I get blisters on my tongue if I eat too many mandarins. They are nice though.
Feeding time at the zoo today consisted of 5 butchers sausages, 2 fatty rashers, 3 clon black puddings, 2 white puddings,beans, 2 spuds left from yesterday thrown into the ban, scrambled egg, coleslaw, 3 slices of brown bread (no toast that for sick or pregnant women) and a cup of tae. Just unbuckling the belt now.

Limerick crew, whats your view of the Kilmurry Lodge near castletroy - the food always seems to be decent there. Had a decent sandwich there today which was badly needed.

The Kilmurry Lodge is where puke hangs out trying to pick up drunk young ones. There used to be a very good carvery there but I haven’t eaten there in years. A basic enough sort of hotel.
Yeah the carvery always seems decent. Handy cos its on the Dublin side so you’ve a clear run out of there. Saw a fella in there who looks like Puke alright but didnt approach him.
It’s usually about half 2 at night he strolls up there waiting for some vulnerable young one to foolishly stagger out of the club on her own.
forget about eatin in the lodge - just drink the shit out of it in there and you’ll love it.

Stayed for a week in it Mac last November while on work related duties and enjoyed it. Room spot on and the grub was top shot IMO. A noble hostelry in the evening time - got caught up in the afters of a funeral one night and had a good oul’ laugh.
I wish Mac, carvery lunch on a wednesday, we all aren’t as flush as you…
I find the benchs outside Superdine are the place to be…I normally do a Kev on it and start name dropping;)
